Kindergarten Graduation
is a great celebration
for all of our family
at Danita's Children.

For many children in Haiti, education is not available. With no public school system in Ouanaminthe, a nd only a 50% national attendance rate for primary school, many children are either put to work or simply left home with family or caretakers during the day.  The opportunity to go to school, eat a healthy meal provided by our Feeding Program, and interact with other children is a rare and priceless gift, particularly in rural areas like Ouanaminthe.

As our 35 kindergarten graduates received the honor to move on to first grade, we pray that God will continue to bless them and allow them to absorb the knowledge they are given at school.  We believe that knowledge, both in academics and of God, is a key component to giving our children the power to bring positive change to their communities and country. We thank God for the opportunity to serve them in this way.
