United States Offices

The Stateside Offices for Danita's Children, Hope for Haiti Children's Center, Inc. are located in Orlando, Florida. Administrative duties, organization operations, and development all take place in the offices. Our stateside team also handles supporter and donor inquiries, accounting and bookkeeping, marketing and awareness, and all special projects. We work with many amazing volunteers who you are likely to find in the office on any given day. If you'd like to join our team of volunteer staff in our stateside offices, please contact us. Our Stateside Staff

Sheree Bowie - sheree@danitaschildren.org
US Director

Sheree is our United States Director, and leads operations and development for Danita's Children. She has worked in nonprofit management for over 20 years, 8 of which have been spent as an executive. Sheree has also served as an active consultant to executive management working with small businesses, nonprofit, government and faith-based organizations. Originally from Seattle/Tacoma where she attended Northwest University, she is a certified Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) provider and served as a Public Affairs Officer for the US Air Force Auxiliary/Civil Air Patrol. Throughout the years, Sheree has served with several public service organizations and has been working with at-risk children and adults for more than 25 years. Currently Sheree sits on the Board of Directors as Vice President for Door of Dreams, a public service nonprofit for the homeless in Central Florida. Her heart is for the underprivileged, the rejected, the abandoned and the lonely - and to see them restored to hope and wholeness. Sheree and her husband Mike presently reside in Roanoke, Virginia.

Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Roxi is our Office Manager and Bookkeeper at Danita's Children. She assures that all aspects of administration in the stateside offices run smoothly. She is a certified bookkeeper with more than 19 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and brings quality leadership to our volunteers and administrative staff. Roxi has a big heart for the underprivileged and always has a smile and a positive outlook to share with our staff, volunteers and supporters. Roxi and her husband Ken live in Orlando, Florida.
